Ingredients

10 serving Orientex Lumpia Wrappers 8-inch (Square Egg Roll Wrappers, 30 in package) - Serving 1 sheet (12g)
    226 gram(s) Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese (package 8oz/226g) - Serving 1oz (28g)
    397 gram(s) Rainbow Royal Deluxe Imitation King Crab Salad Meat (14oz/397g package) - Serving 1/2c (85g) - 4.5 s
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
3 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)

Directions

INGREDIENTS:
1 14oz package of imitation crab, shredded
1 8oz package of Neufchatel cheese
4 green onions (scallions, spring onions) diced
3 tsp Sriracha (rooster sauce) - to taste
Salt & Pepper - to taste
10 8"x8" lumpia or egg roll wrappers

PREHEAT the oven to 375F

CUT the 10 lumpia/egg roll wrappers in half to make 20 sheets, about 4"x8" in size.

COMBINE package of imitation crab (shredded by hand), 8oz package of neufchâtel cheese (1/3 less fat than normal cream cheese), diced green onions/scallions/spring onions, sriracha, and salt and pepper.

Place a line of the crab mixture or smear a few spoons on each wrapper, dividing evenly between all 20 wrappers.

Roll it from short side to short side so you have an 8" roll, about 1/2 inch thick.

Place in a baking pan misted with olive oil or other non-stick cooking spray, and bake for 15 minutes or until the top looks crispy.

Remove and serve immediately.
