Introduction

Number of Servings: 28

Ingredients

    1/2 cup flax see (Milled)
    1/4 cup Chia seeds
    1/4 cup almond meal
    1 1/2 cups hot water


    You can spice these as you like

    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp rosemary

    Or
    1/2 TBS garlic powder
    1/2 TBS onion powder
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Or
    1 tsp everything seasoning

Tips

I used a rolling pin over another piece of parchment paper to roll these cracker out thin, and then carefully peeled the top layer of parchment away before placing in the oven.


Directions

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl

Then add hot water

Allow them to sit for 30 minutes

Spread thin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Pre cut the crackers before you put in the oven

Bake at 300* for 60 minutes


Sometimes these take more then 60. Minutes to bake.
It depends on how thin you roll them out.

You know they are done when the edges are brown and start to raise.

Allow to completely cool before breaking up
