Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Pepper & Onion Blend
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 cup diced potatoes
    1 package Pioneer Brand Pepper Gravy
    2 cans Chicken Broth
    2 cans Kernal corn -drained
    6 serving Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage diced and cooked
    1/2 cup Cheese-Velveeta Jalapeno

Directions

In large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil. Sauté onion pepper mix. Add diced potato and chicken broth. Boil for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender. Add gravy mix stir until desolved. Chunk up cheese and add to pot and stir till melted.
