Delicious and healthier take on Philly cheese steaks.

You can get some rolls and serve them up traditionally if you'd like, but I ate mine without the bread.

Ingredients

    1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    1.71 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1 large Onions, raw, in stripes or diced
    3 Green Bell Peppers, cut into strips
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    6 slice (1 oz) Provolone Cheese

Tips

Buy some slow cooker liners, they help with clean up!


Directions

Add chicken broth, chicken, onion, peppers, and black pepper to the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6 hours.

Add cheese slices and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve and enjoy!
