Ingredients

    1.0 dash Salt
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1.0 cup (not packed) Raisins, golden seedless
    1.0 cup, slivered Almonds
    1.0 cup, shredded Coconut, raw
    2.0 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    0.5 cup Honey
    0.5 cup Sun Maid, California Chopped Dates
    1.0 tbsp "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil
    2.0 cup Quaker Oatmeal-- Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
    2.0 serving Peanut Butter, 365 Organic Creamy Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp)
    4.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)

Directions

Mix all together and roll into bite sized balls. Sprinkle a dash of salt on top to taste. Store in Ziploc bags. Keeps better in the freezer makes about 50 bite sized pieces. Serving size is 2 pieces. Serving Size: Makes approx 16 1x2 1/2 " bars
