Introduction

These are delicious! I am not a vegan, nor a gluten free nut or anything, I love sweets and love dairy, BUT lately I have challenged myself to eat healthier and that means cutting down on a lot of those things. Being someone who is used to the sugar, egg, and creme packed deserts I will honestly say I would not know that these were as far from that as they are when tasting them! Please enjoy and if you have anything that you have tried/tweaked and thought was delecious let everyone know (and i will probably try it myself, just another excuse to make cookies)! Ingredients

    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    4 tablespoons water
    2 teaspoons mazola corn oil
    4 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1/3 cup enjoy life dairy free chocolate chips
    1/4 cup organic coconut oil
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon molasses
    2 tablespoons truvia
    1/2 cup coconut flour

Tips

the mixture might not be completely smooth, as long as it is completly mixed it will work fine!


Directions

-Preheat the oven to 375F

-Combine coconut oil and molasses in bowl, mix in sugar, Truvia, cinnamon, and salt.

-Mix in water, vanilla, corn oil, and baking powder, once smooth add coconut flour and baking soda.

-When flour is completely incorporated add chocolate chips.

spoon cookie dough onto pan, press down with fork, and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
