Ingredients

    1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
    2 oz Ground beef, lean
    2 slice Bread, white (white bread)
    1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 beetroot ( only 1 slice is needed )
    Olive oil

Tips

Note : This recipe is mainly designed for people with anaemia.


Directions

1. Cook beef for 4-5 minutes on frying pan
2. Add cheese on beef. Remove when cheese is melted. Place this on one slice of white bread
3. Cook egg until edges are crisping. Remove from frying pan and place on the beef
4. Slice beetroot into moderately thin strips and place on top of egg. Finish the sandwich by placing the other slice of white bread on top.

Serving Size: Makes 1 burger
