Introduction

Light and healthy. Make with nonfat Greek yogurt instead of mayo. Get lots of extra fiber and texture by using plenty of celery and grapes. Light and healthy. Make with nonfat Greek yogurt instead of mayo. Get lots of extra fiber and texture by using plenty of celery and grapes.

Ingredients

    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .5 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 cup, seedless Grapes
    1 tsp Salt
    Pepper
    20 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 serving 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz)

Directions

Bake in the oven with salt and pepper. (I like to use garlic salt!) Once cooked, allow the chicken to cool completely.

Chop the chicken into medium-size pieces and the veggies into small pieces. Cut up the grapes in halves or quarters.
Stir together everything. Yummy!


Serving Size: Makes 6 servings, 1/2 cup each.
