Ingredients

    1 small banana
    1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks
    1/2 cup of skim milk
    1/2 cup of low fat vanilla yogurt
    4 ice cubes
    2 or 3 packets of artifical sweetener to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
Makes 2 servings (Approx 9 oz each)
