Ingredients

    4.0 oz Farm Fresh Frozen Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
    5.0 oz Onion, sweet, raw
    1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    4.0 fl oz White Wine
    1.0 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared
    1.25 cup Great Value whole wheat egg noodles
    1.0 cup Peas, frozen

Directions

In large pans, saute mushroom and onions, remove and set aside. Saute chicken, remove set aside. Add wine and chicken stock, reduce sauce (can use cornstarch slurry to thicken faster) Add everything back to sauce and add peas, cook until peas are done. Serve with whole wheat egg noodles (cook according to package)
