    1 package of Sugar Free-Fat Fre Instant Jell-O Pistacio Pudding Mix
    1 medium crushed pineapple (in it's own juice)
    1 9oz container of Cool Whip Free


Pour pineapple (with it's juice) into bowl.
Add pudding mix and stirr until well blended.
Add cool whip and blend.
Refigerate about 1/2 hour until set.

  • I have been making this for my family picnics and get togethers for years. I double the recipe for a crowd and also add a bag of mini marshmallows. - 2/26/11

  • Incredible!
    We loved this for our Sunday night dessert, in case you are wondering, this made 4 cups, so 8 servings=.5 cups/serving (dh and I had a whole cup for 70 calories!). I added marshmallows for my children--adults didn't really care about them, but increased my kids' opinion. - 1/31/10
