Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cup, cubes Sweet potato
    32 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    3 tbsp Butter, salted
    1.5 fl oz Orange Juice
    2 tbsp Maple Syrup

Directions

Peel and cube sweet potatoes, cube chicken breast
Put chicken in the crockpot first, then top with sweet potatoes
Sprinkle with salt and minced garlic as desired
Melt the butter, then drizzle on top
Pour the orange juice and syrup on top
Cook on low for 8 hours

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings (About 1.5 cups each)
