Ingredients

    375 gram(s) Spaghettini, Whole Grain (Great Value)
    3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    2 cup Spinach, fresh
    2 cup Mushroom, Brown, Italian or Cremini (Raw) 1 cup
    1.5 cup, whipped Heavy Whipping Cream
    1.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    .5 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
    1 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
    2 tbsp Butter, salted

Tips

For a more dairy consious diet consider replacing heavy cream sauce with an olive oil/pesto/garlic sauce.


Directions

Broil or roast the chicken breast (seasoned as you like)
Cook pasta according to instructions.
Melt butter in sauce pan.
Add Heavy Cream, 3/4 of the cheeses and simmer until melted.
Add mushrooms and spinach to sauce. Stir until coated.
In a shallow oven ready skillet, pour in drained pasta.
Over the pasta add the sauce and sliced chicken.
Top with remaining cheeses.
Bake for 20 minutes, then broil until top is browned.
Serve hot.
