Ingredients

25 gram(s) Liddell's Lactose Free Shredded Cheese Australian Natural
1 large Egg white, fresh
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
25 grams Zucchini, baby
25 grams Carrots, raw
25 grams Onions, raw
5 grams Fresh Chives
Tips
You may use only one egg or two whole eggs but will need to readjust nutritional values
Directions
Beat one whole egg and one egg white till light and fluffy
Heat frying pan on medium heat
Baste pan with tiny bit of oil (few drops)
Grate baby carrot and Zucchini.
Chop onions and chives finely
Once pan is hot pour in eggs
Sprinkle other ingredients over top.
Flip or fold omelette once bottom is lightly golden
Cooking time varies according to stove and type of pan you use.
I added 3 small fresh basil leaves and black pepper once cooked.
Serve alone or with salad.
Suitable to use in omelette pans electric or microwave, follow instructions for these cooking items regarding heat and cooking times
