Ingredients

    2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    5 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened
    3 tbsp Honey
    2 1tsp Coconut Oil
    0.5 cup, whole Almonds
    .5 cup Pumpkin seeds
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    1 dash Salt
    .5 cup, packed Raisins
    0.33 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
    1 Tsp VanI'll extract

Tips

Play with this recipe and add your favourite combI nation of nuts, seeds, and fruit. Great on its own with skim milk or over granola with fresh berries.


Directions

Combine ingredients well so the honey and oil are incorporated well. Spread out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes at 300 degrees. Can be stored up to 2 weeks in an air tight container.
