Introduction

Ingredients

    2.5 cup Peas, frozen
    1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
    1 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives
    1 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    .5 tsp Tarragon, ground
    .5 tsp Dill weed, dried
    Water as needed

Directions

Put frozen peas in bowl and cover with water, then cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 7 minutes.

Strain peas and add into the blender along with the remainder of ingredients except for water. Puree until smooth, gradually adding water until it reaches desired consistency. Consistency should be smooth and easy to eat, but not too watery.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1 cup portions
