Introduction

Sauted shrimp and wilted spinach mixed with pasta. Sauted shrimp and wilted spinach mixed with pasta.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 packages of spinach
    1 box of favorite pasta
    1 1lb bag of shrimp peeled and deviened
    6 cloves of garlic
    salt
    pepper
    red pepper flakes to taste

Directions

1. Start water to boil.
2. While waiting for water to boil peel and devien shrimp. Cut shrimp into thirds.
2. Cook pasta and drain.
3. Saute shrimp in tablespoon of olive oil. approx. 3 minutes.
4. Add spinach and sprinkle with salt and wilt.
5. Add pasta back into pot. Drizzle with more olive oil salt, pepper and pepper flakes for an extra kick.
6. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and parmesan cheese.
