Ingredients

    2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.25 tsp Cloves, ground
    0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    2.0 tbsp Poppy seed
    4.0 oz Nuts, hazelnuts or filberts, blanched
    4.0 oz (10-12 kernels) Macadamia Nuts
    4.0 oz (20 halves) Pecans
    4.0 oz Walnuts
    3.0 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds
    4.0 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal
    5.0 tbsp Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey
    8.0 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
    3.0 tbsp chia seeds
    0.5 cup Dakota Style Roasted/ Salted Sunflower Kernels
    6.0 tsp stevia baking mix
    2.0 tbsp lily's stevie sweetened chocolate chips
    1.0 serving mrm natural whey Dutch chocolate

Directions

Chop nuts. Set aside. Add seeds, spices, choc chips. Mix well. Pour melted butter, mix well. Pour in honey, mix well. Pour mixture into lined 13x9 pan. Press flat, bake 15-20 min. Let cool, then cut into 16 bars. Serving Size: 1 bar
