    0.02 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
    1.0 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia
    0.25 tsp Baking Powder
    7.0 tbsp Cream, Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream
    1.0 dash Salt

Directions

Use 2 tbsp of cream in the cake, 5 for the whipped cream. I added instant coffee just for a little flavor.
