Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    3 tbsp Jiff Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
    1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    2.5 tsp Granulated Sugar
    2 tsp serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    1/2 c. Coconut Flakes, unsweetened Bob's Red Mill

Tips

You can switch the cane sugar for Swerve or any other sweetener you prefer.


Directions

Mix first four ingredients in small bowl until well combined. Place in freezer for 1 hour. Place unsweetened coconut in small bowl. Remove mixture from freezer. Use small scoop or teaspoon and make small balls and then roll in coconut. Place in fridge to cool back down. Keep in fridge.
