2 serving Pillsbury 9" Refrigerated Pie Crust (entire pie crust)
456 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken
4 serving Green Giant Steamer Mixed Vegetables
2 tbsp Butter (Challenge Spreadable Butter w/Canola Oil)
1/4 cup tap water
Tips
cut pie into 8 even slices
Directions
Set Oven to 350 degrees
spray 9 inch glass pie pan
brown one pound of extra lean ground chicken
place one crust on pie pan
add ground chicken on top of pie crust
add mixed veggies
sprinkle water over mixed veggies
place evenly the butter on top of mixed veggies
cover with pie crust, pinching crusts together
Spray top of pie with canola oil, and place 4 slits
place in the center of oven, with foil lightly on top
bake for 45 minutes, the remove foil cook for 10 to 15 more minutes
