    1 lb ground turkey
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 clove Garlic
    1/2 an onion diced
    1 can Tomato Sauce
    1 can crushed Tomatos
    1 small can tomato Paste
    1 tbsp Oregano (or to taste)
    1/2 tbsp black or white pepper (or to taste)
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp sugar
    1 tbsp parsley (or to taste)
    1/2 tbsp thyme (or to taste)
    1 tsp sage (or to taste)
    2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or to taste)


Heat Oil in skillet with Onions and Garlic. Cook until garlic is browning and onion is soft. Add Ground turkey. Cook turkey throughly. After completely browned all oregano, pepper, salt, parsley, thyme and sage. Cook for another minute or so letting the spices blend well with the meat. Then add tomato sauce, crushed tomatos, tomato paste and sugar to the mixture. Mix well
Once mixed allow to simmer for about 30 minutes.
Put on top of your favorite pasta.
