Ingredients

20 oz 90% lean 10% fat ground beef
0.75 cup Bread Crumbs
2 large Egg white, fresh
2 tsp Garlic powder
0.75 tsp Zatarains Creole Seasoning
0.75 tsp Weber Steak and Chop Seasoning
8oz Green Mountain Farms Greek Cream Cheese
1 cup Great Value Shredded Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3 tbsp Best Choice Diced Jalapenos
1 can Hunt's No Salt Added Petite Diced Tomatoes
*** optional, 0.25 cup barbecue sauce ***
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, 1tsp garlic powder, 0.5 tsp Zatarain’s, steak and chop seasoning, and tomatoes until thoroughly mixed.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
Press half of the meat mixture along the bottom and sides of a loaf pan.
Fill meat with cheese mixture then cover with remaining meat making sure the seams are sealed.
Cook at 375F for 45 minutes.
*** If desired, spread barbecue sauce on top of meatloaf and return to oven for another 10 minutes. ***
Let meatloaf sit 5 minutes then slice and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 6 1.5-inch slices
