Ingredients

1.5 cup quick oats (dry)
3 T packed brown sugar
3 T white sugar
3/4 C milk (I used 2%) or milk substitute
4 T butter - melted
1 XL egg - beaten
8 T creamy peanut butter
1 t baking powder
3/4 t salt
1 t vanilla extract
Tips
Try whirling the dry oats in the food processor for extra smoothness. Try subbing coconut oil for the butter. Cut further down on sugar to reduce calories.
Directions
Melt butter.
Whisk in egg, vanilla, milk.
Add salt, baking powder, and sugars.
Stir in peanut butter.
Stir in oats.
Let sit a few minutes to thicken.
Pour in 8 X 8 greased pan.
Cook at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.
