Ingredients

5.0 flowerets Cauliflower, cooked
0.67 cup Aldi Fit and Active Egg (equivalent to 4 eggs) Substitute
3.0 tsp Garlic
1.0 tbsp Basil
1.5 tbsp Rosemary
2.0 cup giant eagle Italian six cheese blend
Feel free to use any seasonings you like....or change the cheese.
Directions
1. Steam cauliflower until just fork tender.
2. Preheat oven to 425F.
3. Rice cauliflower in food processor or river. I prefer to cook it and then use the food processor to rice it.
4. Place parchment on cookie sheet. Spread out mixture to coat the sheet. The layer should be very thin.
5. Cook for 25 minutes. Remove and add remaining cheese. Cook about 5 more minutes or until bubbly.
4. Reservee .25 C of cheese. Combine all remaining ingredients. It will look wet, but it is ok.
