This delicious smoothie is super tasty and will keep you energized until lunch! This delicious smoothie is super tasty and will keep you energized until lunch!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 C. fat-free chocolate milk
    1 6-oz. container fat-free raspberry or strawberry yogurt
    1/4 cup fresh berries
    Optional: 1 banana
    Optional: protein powder

Directions

Using a blender, blend all ingredients to desired consistency. If you prefer a thicker, more substantial smoothie, add one medium banana and/or protein powder. Serve cold. Makes 1-2 servings.
