Ingredients

    1 lb Italian Sausage, uncased
    5 large Eggs
    1 cup, fluid Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 cup Mushrooms, fresh
    1/2 cup, diced Onions
    1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
    8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
    4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 Roma tomato, seeded,

Directions

Crumble and brown sausage, drain fat. Put eggs, milk and seasonings in large mixing bowl. Beat with electric beater. Set aside. Slice or break up mushrooms into small pieces. Dice the onion. Dice the green pepper. Slice the tomato into thin rounds. Add onions n mushrooms to egg mix, and beat on low briefly. Add green pepper, beat, add sausage, stir with spoon. Add cheeses and stir with spoon. Pam spray pie dish. Pour contents into pie dish. Arrange tomatoes decoratively on top. Sprinkle a little more mozzarella on top. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Let stand for qp minutes before slicing.
