Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 small zucchini
    2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    cooking spray either butter or olive oil flavor.

    Optional
    salt and pepper

Directions

Heat oven to 450.
Cut Zucchini into 1/4 thick size rounds or thinner.
Using cooking spray spay bottom of the cookie sheet. Place zucchini rounds in a single layer on the cookie sheet. Spray top of the zucchini slices. sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired. Using 4 table spoons of parmesan cheese sprinkle zucchini rounds.
Bake at 450 for 25 - 35 minutes until zucchini is golden and crisp.
serve immediately.
