Ingredients

8 tbsp Kroger Reduced Fat Sour Cream
4 serving Kroger Aged Swiss Cheese (1 Slice)
8 Tbsp Great Value Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil
8 tbsp 1 tbsp great value grated parmesan cheese
0.25 cup Cottage Cheese (Kroger Fat Free)
32 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
Tips
Serve over rice or cauliflower rice. It's also great as a solo dish.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Pat chicken dry and place in a greased 9x13 pan.
Add sliced cheese on top of chicken breasts.
In a bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Spread this over chicken and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Serving Size: 4 4oz servings
