    8 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
    1 tbsp Bulletproof XCT Oil (by LDS101588)

Directions

melt first 3 ingredients in a double boiler or a glass bowl/jar in a pot of warm water. keep temp low on the stove.

once melted, add last two ingredients and pour into ice cube trays. chill
