Introduction

This is a large one person smoothie, or two medium glasses for two people. This is a large one person smoothie, or two medium glasses for two people.

Ingredients

    .50 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2 cup Romaine lettuce serving size 2 cups fresh express hearts of romaine
    1 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
    .50 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 serving Cara Cara Orange - 1 medium orange

Tips

Any fruit can be used in place of the orange. The purpose of the fruit is to add sweetness in place of sugar.


Directions

Starting with the milk, put all the ingredients in a blender. Use the Food Chop setting if you have one, then use the Crush Ice setting. Blend until the ingredients are well mixed for drinking.
Then pour into a glass for drinking.
Ice can be added for a thicker consistency.
Sometimes I add vanilla protein powder.
