5 tbsp Coconut Oil
4 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt
.3 cup Honey
1.25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 tbsp Flaxseed (Spectrum) Organic Ground
2.3 cup 1 Minute Quick Oats (100% Rolled Oats)
0.3 cup Raisins: great value all natural california raisins
0.3 cup currants - dried (by TTSHOLLAND1)
5.3 tbsp Blueberries, dried
.25 cup Pumpkin seeds
.25 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
.25 tsp Salt
1 oz (20 halves) Pecans
10.6 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened
9 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
Directions
Line 8x8" pan with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
Melt coconut oil, peanut butter and honey. Add, along with vanilla and applesauce to dry ingredients. Mix, then pat into lined pan.
Bake at 325*F for 40-45 mins. until golden.
