Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breast cubed
1 lb. (16 oz) medium shrimp, peeled, deviened.
1 lb. (16 oz) turkey polish sausage, cubed
1 can hunts stewed tomatoes with basil and oregano
1 can whole corn (drained)
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
3 cloves of garlic minced
3 Tbs. olive oil
Directions
1. Pour oil in pot adn add onion, pepper, garlic chicken and sausage.
2. Cook until chicken is almost done.
3. Add corn and tomatoes and let simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat.
4. Add shrimp, turn off heat, cover and let stand until shrimp is pink.
