Ingredients

    1.85 cup Light Red Kidney Beans, canned
    0.50 cup Vegetable, Fresh, Onion, White
    15 oz Cannelloni Beans, Canned
    1.85 cup Black Beans - canned - Kroger
    14.5 oz. Tomatoes, canned, stewed, Mexican Style
    1-2 lb. london broil roast, crock pot (by CHARLEYB76)

Directions

Brown the roast. Season with your preferred spices. I used Garlic salt, some Beau Monde and a little salt. Place in slow cooker. Chop onion to preference. Add onion and the rest of the ingredients. Set slow cooker to low and cook all day til dinner time.
