Ingredients

1/2 cup Butter, salted
3/4 cup Smucker's Peanut Butter, chunky
1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
1/3 cup Domino Light Brown Sugar
1 Egglands Best Large Egg
2 Tbsp Fairlife 2% ultra-filtered milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup All-Purpose White Flour
3/4 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Himalayan Chef Pink Salt, fine grain
2/3 cup Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
Tips
You can change these up by leaving out the choc. chips and not flattening the cookies. As soon as you take the cookie sheet out of the oven, pop a peeled chocolate kiss in the center of each cookie. The cookie will crack around the edges.
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Beat softened butter and peanut butter in large bowl until well blended. Add sugars and beat until fluffy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla; beat well.
Stir together flours, baking soda, and salt. Add to peanut butter mixture in small amounts, beating after each addition. Gently stir in chocolate chips.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
Makes about 3 dozen
