Ingredients

    15 serving Bakers Unsweetened Chocolate Squares (1 Oz) (by ARCTIC.ORCA)
    4 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    .375 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    .25 cup Milk, 3.25%
    .25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions

melt choc and butter gently. Add cocoa and whisk until dissolved.
Gradually stir in sugar. Cook, stirring sometimes, for 20 mins.
Gradually stir in milk and cream until completely blended.
Fudge sauce is ready when it is completely smooth and all the sugar is dissolved
