Introduction
Whisk oil and maple syrup. Add eggs and milk and whisk well. Whisk all other ingrediients except flour.. Use wooden spoon to mix in flour. Lumps are ok. Directions
Bake at 325 for 55-60 minutes, until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
