Ingredients

    Jell-o brand fat free coconut cream pie pudding mix
    skim milk
    4 reduced fat graham crackers
    1 C. toasted coconut
    4 Marichino cherries
    4 tbsp. lite cool whip

Directions

Prepare Jell-o according to package wtih skim milk.
Take 4 parfait cups or wine glasses and crush one graham cracker into the bottom of each.
Pour the pudding over the top of the graham cracker, top with cool whip and toasted coconut and chill for 20 minutes.
Put cherry on top before serving.
