Ingredients

    3 oz peeled baby shrimp
    lemon pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    2 cups of baby spinach
    1/4 cup chopped cucumber
    1/2 cup snow pea pods
    1 tablespoon soysauce
    1/2 tablespoon honey
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds


Directions

In a small skillet combine shrimp in a little water, just enough to cover the shrimp. Sprinkle shrimp with lemon pepper and garlic powder to taste. Cook until shrimp turn pink. It should only take a couple minutes depending on the size of the shrimp.

On a plate, place spinach, chopped cucumber, and pea pods.

Whisk the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl.

With a slotted spoon remove cooked shrimp from the skillet and place on the bed of shrimp. Pour the dressing over the top and toss the salad.
