Ingredients

    172 Grams Spinach, fresh
    3.5 serving Bacon (fried) 1 slice
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    2 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)
    1 fl oz Lemon Juice
    1 large Hard Boiled Egg

Directions

Cook bacon in oven until crispy. Break up into pieces. Pour grease into large pan. Add vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and salt to taste. Heat and add spinach and stir until leaves are coated and slightly wilted. Serve into bowls. Sprinkle with bacon and sliced egg
