these are good with a side salad for lunch these are good with a side salad for lunch
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 slices reduced calorie wheat bread
    1/4 cup fontina cheese
    2 medium tomatoes chopped
    garlic clove
    garlic powder
    italian seasoning
    olive oil spray

Directions

take bread and cut in 1/3rds spray each with olive oil cooking spray and rub with peeled garlic clove
stick in broil and broil until toasty
take tomatoes and dice small add garlic powder and italian seasoning

take bread out of broil top with tomates and sprinkle with cheese
stick back in broil to melt cheese

serves6each 3 peices each

    Incredible!
    I love Crostini and this receipe came out very nicely and very tasty. I will make this again. I served it with my cold lime shrimp, and a spinich salad, and there was nothing left! - 8/3/08
