Ingredients

2 fillets of cod or pollock (frozen)
1 serrano pepper, sliced down the middle
4 tsp grated ginger root
1 large onion, chopped
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp cumin seed
1 tsp coriander seed
1 tsp ground tumeric
Directions
Makes 4 servings
Toss frozen fish with tumeric, set aside.
Heat oil in pan and sautee the onion until browned.
Add ginger, cumin and coriander and saute for a few minutes. Place frozen fish on top of onion mixture in the pan and top with the serrano pepper. Cover with a lid until fish is steamed cooked through (add more water to the pan if necessary).
Serve with basmait or brown rice.
