Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    24 oz of uncooked Fettuccine
    2- 16 oz. bags of Deluxe stir fry frozen vegetables
    28 oz. of Hormel Pork Tenderloin
    A dash of salt
    A dash of pepper
    1 tsp. of seasoning blend

Directions

1. Place 28 oz. pork tenderloin in a crockpot. Fill mostly with water.
2. Add a dash of salt and pepper along with about a teaspoon of Seasoning blend.
3. Turn crockpot on low heat for at least 6 hours.
4. When the pork tenderloin is almost ready, cook 24 oz. of Fettuccine pasta until tender and 2- 16 oz. frozen bags of Deluxe stir fry on the stovetop.
5. To serve place 2 oz. of Fettuccine on a plate. Top with 3/4 cup of vegetables and 4 oz. of pork tenderloin.
Serves approximately 4-6
