    This is the way to eat an apple. I put my apple in our microwave on high for a minute, the 3 minutes on 2/10 power then another 4 minutes on 1/10 power. - 2/10/10

    I like to dice my apple and place it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. I serve it over oatmeal or a slice of french toast for a hearty, delicious breakfast! - 11/7/09

    Easy and quick healthy snack! I used an Apple corer then quartered each slice - 2 minutes got the pieces soft (like stouffer's). Tastey! - 11/30/14
