    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Asparagus Stir Fry, 1 serving
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Scallions, raw, 1 large
    Shrimp, 3 cup


On Medium heat, Spray Wok with canola spray. Add all ingredients and stir together. Cook for 25 -30 minutes.
