    1.5 lb Chicken Breast, no skin,
    4 cups cooked Whole Wheat Egg Noodles
    Spinach, frozen, 2 package (
    1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1/2 cup reduced fat mayo
    1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated,
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Pepper, red or cayenne (optional)


Cook cubed chicken (Bake at 350 already cubed for about 15 mins)
Boil noodles until done

Mix remaining ingredients together and then mix all ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
