Ingredients

    2 Pound Bag Publix Pinto Beans
    Box of Carroll Sbelby's Chili Mix
    2 - 28 oz Cans Hunt's Diced Tomatoes
    1 - 8 oz. Can Hunt's Tomato Sauce
    2 Cups Chopped Onions
    2 Cups Lean Ground Beef
    32 oz. Box College Inn Bold Stock Beef Sirloin
    2 Tbs Black Pepper
    4 Tbs Chli Powder

Directions

Precook pinto beans per direction on bag, drain, rinse and add to soup pot
Brown lean ground beef in skillet and drain and saute 1 cup of onions with the ground beef add black pepper to meat while cooking
Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce , and bold stock to the pinto beans and turn pot to medium heat
Stir in the chili mix spice pack
Add 1 cup chopped onions and chili powder
Add ground beef mixture, cover and simmer on low heat for 30 min
