Ingredients

    carrots
    green peppers
    onions
    2 chicken breasts
    curry paste
    chicken broth
    2 tbsp flour

Directions

cut chicken into cubes and stir fry. Set aside. Soften carrots, peppers and onions, add flour and saute for 1 min. Add the chicken broth and simmer for 5 min. Add curry paste and chicken back in. Simmer another 5 min. Serve over a bed of rice.
