    Very Good
I used this recipe for sweet and sour pork. It was fantastic! I did have to thicken it with corn starch which is why I only gave it 4 stars. The next time I make it I am going to substitute Ketchup for the BBQ sauce because it did have a strong BBQ flavor that might overpower some meat/seafood. - 4/24/11
