Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup flour
    1/2 cup Hershey's Special Dark cocoa powder
    1 stick butter, softened
    1 cup white sugar
    1 large egg
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    (1/4 tsp salt if using unsalted butter)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup (6oz) semi sweet or bittersweet chips
    1/2 cup Craisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt if needed.
Cream together butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla extract. With mixer on low speed add flour mixture slowly until mixed. Stir in chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto baking sheets.
Bake 11 minutes. Cool on baking sheet and move to rack to cool completely. Makes about 30 cookies.
